Terms of Service

These terms cover the wellthiq.com website, its calculators, the Financial Health Score, and the WellthIQ mobile app. Using any of them means you accept what is on this page.

If you do not agree with something here, the remedy is simple and costs you nothing: stop using the service. No account is required to use the calculators, so there is nothing to cancel.

Everything here is for education and planning. WellthIQ is not a registered investment adviser, not a tax practitioner, and not a broker, and nothing on this site or in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything.

Before you act on a number you got here, talk to a qualified financial adviser, tax professional or lawyer who knows your actual situation. Investments carry risk, including the loss of capital, and past performance does not predict future returns.

The calculators use standard financial formulas and the statutory rates in force for the year shown on the page. Every result is an estimate. Real outcomes move with market conditions, fees, tax treatment, rounding by your bank or fund house, and rules that change after we publish.

Tax figures follow the Finance Act and Budget for the financial year you select, and each tax year on the income tax calculator names its own source. We correct errors when we find them or when you tell us about one, but we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, current, or fit for your circumstances.

Where a calculator depends on live data it says so. Exchange rates on the currency converter come from third-party providers, are indicative only, and are not the rate your bank will give you.

The calculators run entirely in your browser. The figures you type are not transmitted to us and we cannot see them.

What we do collect, what the app reads on your device, and how to have any of it deleted is set out in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The app needs an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself and for what happens under your account.

You can delete your account at any time from the delete account page, without signing in and without asking us. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack, abuse or defraud the service or other people.

Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, attempt to break into any part of it, reverse engineer the app, or resell access to it.

Do not present our output as professional financial advice, yours or ours, to anyone else.

The WellthIQ name, logo, design, written content and the code behind the calculators are ours. Statutory rates, tax slabs and standard financial formulas are not, and nobody owns those.

You are welcome to use a result you calculated, including in your own planning or in something you publish. You may not copy the pages themselves or pass the tools off as your own.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, WellthIQ is not liable for losses arising from decisions you make using these tools, including investment losses, tax liabilities, or missed opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top of this page is when it last happened, and continuing to use WellthIQ after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Patna, India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
