Delete your account

This closes your WellthIQ account and removes the data we hold. It cannot be undone.

We remove your account record, your name, email address, phone number and profile picture, and any encrypted backup we hold. Every signed-in session ends immediately.

Your transactions were never on our servers — they live in the app on your phone, and they go when you uninstall it. Anonymised analytics that can no longer be tied to you may be kept, as described in our privacy policy.

To be sure it is you, we email a one-time code to the address on the account. You can also delete your account from the app under Settings → Delete Account.

Trouble with any of this? Email admin@wellthiq.com and we will close the account for you.
